Contemporary dance Classes
Our classes are dedicated to contemporary dance. We incorporate theatrical techniques, develop musicality and improvisation skills, and work on body alignment, coordination, and control.
Your child will enjoy our classes if:

Teachers:
Alina and Alena Krutskikh, graduates and scholarship holders of the Area Dansa Barcelona contemporary dance academy, are experienced teachers and performers in the fields of contemporary dance and theater (members of the physical theater company of the Stanislavsky Theater in Moscow, the new directing and dramaturgy laboratory at the Center for Dramaturgy and Directing in Moscow, among others). With their productions, they have participated in numerous festivals and international competitions (Fiesta Major Gracia 2024, Fiesta Major Casc Antic, the Minim festival, and others). In their teaching work, they emphasize the development of creativity and expressiveness in children, combining choreography with theatrical elements to foster artistic skills in young people.

What
Contemporary classes
This class is dedicated to the basics of contemporary dance. We will start each lesson by paying attention to ourselves, our physical and emotional state. Based on this contact with yourself, there will be a meeting with dance material.
We will play a little and explore a lot. Explore your habits, opportunities, preferences, and choices, as well as ways to support, diversify or change them.
We will master the basic elements of contemporary dance. Let's look at them through the prism of physiology and biomechanics of movement, taking into account the principles of safe and effective interaction with the outside world. And of course, we will dance. Dance and integrate the new into your dance. Dance and have fun.
